Restaurant Outdoor terrace dome pavilion Ø5m – Dubai, UAE
Two transparent AURA Domes were built in a "Brunch & Cake" cafe in Dubai. Both structures are equipped with a table, chairs, plants and more, to add a luxurious element to the cafe and create a unique dining experience for their clients.
Cooling the domes
The cafe is located in Dubai, which has one of the hottest year-long climates in the world, so cooling the dome and maintaining comfortable temperature was a big priority.
The Aura Dome has natural micro-ventilation, that occurs through tiny air gaps between the panels. Additionally the client installed an AC unit to cool of the hot air inside the dining dome. Since the structure is enclosed it preserves cold air and creates a comfortable temperature and atmosphere for the guest.

The restaurant "Brunch & Cake - in Grandmothers we Trust" is a luxury cafe franchise established in 2010 in Barcelona, Spain. With 9 locations, worldwide this all-day dining restaurant is situated in Jumeirah, close to downtown Dubai and the tallest building in the world (Burj Khalifa).
The outlet boasts high ceilings, light interiors and private dining domes. They serve Brunch & Cake classics, brought all the way from Barcelona. Featuring an open kitchen and stone pizza oven, truly maximising your dining experience.
