Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship our products worldwide from European Union, Vilnius, VNO, Lithuania. 

We provide free worldwide shipping for all STAR connector kits. We also provide free truck delivery of the Aura Dome within the European Union, and free sea freight delivery of the Aura Dome to your selected port worldwide, outside the EU. 

Means of transportation

In Europe, by default, we offer ground transportation, but by request, we can offer shipping by, air or sea. Small orders up to 30kg are delivered via air freight directly to the customer (door to door). By default, bigger orders outside Europe are delivered to the nearest port, each such order is processed individually - please contact sales@vikingdome.com for more details.

Cargo dimensions according to freight type (Length x Width x Height):

By land: 1 x 1.2 x 2.2 m

By air: 2.1 x 1 x 1.25 m

By sea: 1 x 1.2 x 2.2 m


Import duties and taxes

If you are a registered VAT payer in the EU, please contact us at sales@vikingdome.com, and we will create a custom price for you, excluding the VAT.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. UAB Domesfera is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Checking order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. We will update you regularly about your shipment. You can always inquiry for shipping updates via email or phone.

If you haven’t received your order within the period mentioned in the invoice please contact us at sales@vikingdome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
