- Construction building permit and technical documentation.
- Interior and exterior design.
- Furniture and equipment supplier search, survey, making an order.
- Territory preparation works - land works, fences, gates, paths etc.
- Engineering works - water pipes, electricity, sewage, outdoor lighting etc.
- Transportation of the product on site.
- Assembling and installation works.
- Installing interior equipment - the interior furniture and fixtures, shower, toilet, indoor lighting, air conditioning system, ventilation etc..
- Installing exterior - outdoor furniture, lighting, jacuzzi/hot tub, pool, benches, shelters, plants etc.
- Warranty and post-warranty maintenance.

First stage - design, and planning:

- We deliver consultation regarding your project with a complete description of the work to be done, including the drawings, specifications, prices, and timeline.
Second stage - realization:
- Conclude contract for project management service.
- Delivery of services as per the contract.
