T-STAR System
T-STAR system elements are available in anti-corrosion classes C3, C4, C5, C5M (marine).
Advantages: The most robust and most versatile system we have, withstands high structural loads, and a wide range of coating combinations. Withstands snow loads up to 10 kN/m2 and hurricanes up to category V.
Usage: Suitable for many types of spatial constructions of complex geometric shapes, buildings, domes, and engineering equipment.
The T-STAR system is used to construct administrative, commercial and industrial buildings or their pats such as roofs, large skylights, and curved-line facades.
Optional: Static Calculation according to Eurocode. Various geometries: Icosahedron, Zome, Octahedron, Tetra, cylinder, egg, high dome, flat dome.
The T-STAR system can be made of aluminum. Look at Glazed Dome D23m with aluminum frame:

T-STAR connector choices
Size:
T50: For steel T-profile 50x50mm. For Ash/Oak struts 50x50mm or 50x70mm or bigger.
T70: For steel T-profile 70x70mm. For Ash/Oak struts 70x70mm or 70x120mm or bigger.
T100: For steel T-profile 100x100mm or bigger.
The connectors consist of CNC equipment cut parts, arranged at precise angles and vectors, and welded to each other.
Accurate 3D design and digitized production, professional spatial welding ensures high assembly accuracy of structures and fast installation on site. To avoid installation errors and for quick installation, the connectors are marked with numbers.
- Steel connectors - Steel grades S235-S355.
- Stainless steel connectors – Stainless steel AISI304-316.
- Aluminium connectors - Aluminum 7076.
Materials:
1. Steel S235 Raw - Not painted & not galvanized Structural Steel S235. Raw steel surface. This is a semi-finished product.
2. Steel S235 Zn - Structural Steel S235. Surface galvanized Zn 100 microns.
3. Steel S235 RAL C3 - Structural Steel S235. Surface powder coated RAL C3 100-120 microns.
4. Steel S235 RAL C5 - Structural Steel S235. Surface powder coated RAL C5 180-200 microns.
5. Steel S235 Zn RAL C5M (marine) - Galvanized & painted structural Steel S235. Surface galvanized Zn and painted coated RAL. 1-st layer surface galvanized Zn 80-100 microns. 2-nd and 3-d layers priming 2x 60-90 microns. 4-d layer surface finishing RAL 60-80 microns. The total C5M corrosion protection coating thickness is 260-360 microns. According to ISO 12944, C5M is a durable coating system for highly corrosive environments at the marine level, designed for structures near the sea or offshore.

Notes:
- RAL C3 is a common corrosion class used in construction and interiors.
- RAL C5 is a high corrosion class used in outdoor construction and hi humidity interiors.
- RAL C5M (marine) is a highest corrosion class used in shipbuilding, for structures near the sea or offshore.
- Galvanized Zn steel is the high corrosion class. Most often used in industrial construction
- Structural Steel S355 is of higher classes than S235. S235 can be used in non-critical structures up to 12 meters in diameter. S355 is most commonly used in the construction of large public buildings.
- Choose your own any RAL color.
Frame elements – struts
The section consists of ready-to-install products – profiles or wood products. The products are cut and sorted to length, including mounting holes.
The struts are marked, which shortens the time of their installation on site.
- Wood struts: Glued wood/Ash/Oak. Product height 50-200 mm. Coating options: natural planed surface, painted, burnt.
- Steel struts: T, U, C, L, H, HEB-shaped profiles. Profile height: 50-200 mm. Steel hot rolled grades: S235-S355. Steel coating options: hot-dip galvanized 50 mcr, electrochemical galvanizing 20 mcr, RAL powder-coating, RAL two-component painting, fireproof painting.
- Hollow Steel Section (HSS) metal profiles: U, C, L, Omega-shaped profiles. Profile height: 50-300 mm. Structural steel, cold rolled, galvanized grades: S350 + Z275MAT. Steel coating options: electrochemical galvanizing 20 mcr, RAL powder-painting, RAL two-component painting, fireproof painting.
- Stainless steel struts: T, U, C, L, H, HEB-shaped profiles. Profile height: 50-200 mm. Steel grades: AISI304-316. Coating options: matt, sanded, polished, mirrored.
- Aluminum struts: T, U, C, L, H, HEB-shaped aluminum 7076 profiles. Profile height: 50-200 mm. Coating options: raw matt, powdered RAL.
