The standard TUBE PVC structure consists of a dome-shaped steel frame and a ready-made PVC coating adapted to cover the frame.
Price for Tube PVC Domes
The frame parts of the TUBE system are made of round metal pipes of different lengths, ranging in diameter from 15 to 50 mm. The frame parts are connected with screws – a single screw unit. The support parts are attached to the foundation, ballast, or anchor bolt.
Advantages: Convenient transportation, quick assembly, and disassembly, robust aerodynamic construction.
Usage: For event domes, gazebos, air hangars, sports domes. They are mostly used for temporary or seasonal buildings, cold pavilions.

Tube PVC frame choices
- Stainless steel frame: AISI304 construction frame details. The surface is matte. D25-50 mm
- Galvanized steel frame: details with hot-dip galvanized Zn 50 mkr anti-corrosion coating. D25-48 mm
- Painted steel frame: details with RAL powder coating anti-corrosion coating. D25-48 mm
Coatings, suitable for Tube system
- Standard PVC tarpaulin white or coloured 600-800 gr / m2.
- Architectural PVC tarpaulin white or coloured 900-1600 gr / m2.
- Transparent unreinforced 0.5 mm, 0.75 mm, 1 mm.
The dome PVC cover is welded from the highest quality Serge Ferrari PVC tarpaulin.
Doors, suitable for Tube system
- Standard PVC entrance, with curtain-sash attached with PVC tarpaulin.
- O-DOOR drum with swing plastic door. Tambour frame with rolled welded steel profile, drum finish with Alucobond plate. Door filler Double-glazed unit or panel. Lockable door with door closer.
- O-TUNEL drum with swing plastic door. Tambour frame with rolled welded steel profile, drum finish with Alucobond plate. Door filler Double-glazed unit or panel. Lockable door with door closer.
- AURA drum with swing door. Tambour frame with rolled welded steel profile. Door leaf – Tempered glass, frameless, for locks with lock.
- AURA drum with swing doors. Tambour frame with rolled welded steel profile. Door leaf – Plastic doors are locked with a lock. Door filler Double-glazed unit or panels.
Windows and ventilation, suitable for Tube system
- Ventilation openings in the upper part of the dome. About 0.03 m2
- Zip triangle, fastened, with mosquito net and beetle. About 0.4 m2
- Panoramic window, clear unreinforced PVC, removable. It may be about 20-40% of the dome part.
- Detachable parts of the standard PVC tarpaulin cover. Various sizes 1-15 m2
