Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds on our products.

Warranty

2-year manufacturer’s warranty (covers manufacturing defects only). Does not cover misuse or extreme weather damage.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will provide replacement parts or other solutions for free.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
