How the Turnkey Process Works
The project runs in two stages. In the first stage, you complete a request form and sign a consultation agreement. We will then deliver a full project description covering drawings, specifications, prices, and timeline. In the second stage, a project management contract is signed and we deliver all services as agreed. Scope, budget, and deadlines are set at the outset; there are no open-ended commitments on either side until the full project plan is agreed and signed.
